At Oops! All Stickers, we take pride in creating fun, high-quality stickers, decals, prints, and digital products in small batches. Because many of our products are limited-run, custom-made, or made-to-order, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines when refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are permitted.
By placing an order with Oops! All Stickers, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or issue replacements for items that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing from the order
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Ordering the wrong item
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or printing variations
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper application, weather exposure, or handling
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads
- Clearance or sale items
30-Day Issue Reporting Window
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Replacements & Refunds
When an issue is verified, Oops! All Stickers will generally attempt to provide a replacement item first before issuing a refund.
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial refund
- A full refund
All resolutions are provided at the sole discretion of Oops! All Stickers.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.
- If the issue was caused by Oops! All Stickers (incorrect item, damaged item, defective product), we may cover return shipping costs.
- If the return request is unrelated to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Approved returns should be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the customer.
However:
- Orders with a product subtotal under $20 USD (excluding shipping costs) may qualify for a one-time replacement at our discretion.
- Orders above this amount may require the customer to cooperate with a carrier claim or shipping insurance investigation before a replacement or refund is considered.
Oops! All Stickers does not guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier delivery issues.
Custom & Personalized Products
All custom, made-to-order, personalized, or customer-uploaded artwork products are final sale.
Because these items are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.
Digital Products
All digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be provided once access or download has been granted.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered production, printing, packing, or shipment preparation, it can no longer be canceled.
Oops! All Stickers reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, abuse, or unauthorized resale activity.
Clearance & Sale Items
All clearance items, discounted items, promotional products, and sale merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless defective or incorrect.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Oops! All Stickers only ships within the United States.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Oops! All Stickers before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, or additional action as permitted by law.
